Return and Cancellation Policy
We do understand that you might have occasions where you need to return the product back to us. Our policy addresses various scenarios in which you may need to return the product. We make this policy as friendly as possible to you so that you can take comfort in ordering the product on our site, with the trust and confidence that if for any reason, if you need to return the product, this process will not be a big hassle for you. We encourage you to read this fully to understand the policy.
Hi Plus Creations is pleased to offer you a no questions asked “3 Day Return Policy”. Within 3 days of receiving the product, for any reason, you would like to return the product, we will be accepting the return and a minimal amount will be charged to help us cover a small part of our actual delivery costs + reverse logistics costs and the personalisation work (if service taken) on an actual basis. The exact amount will be conveyed to you by our customer care agents, to minimise any troubles to you.
All you need to do is to drop an email at [email protected] within a period of 3 days from the date of delivery.
Above policy is applicable if the product has not been used, product is returned in original packaging with price tags/stickers and there are no visible marks of usage or wear & tear.
Please contact our customer service personnel before going ahead with any return. They will guide you regarding the rules, applicability, process and logistics. Customers need to produce the original invoice and the items should be returned in their original packaging.
Please don’t accept delivery of any shipments where outer packaging is damaged or tampered within any manner. For any reason, after taking the delivery, if you realize and recognize that the product is damaged in any manner, you need to report this to our customer service within 24 hrs of receipt of the shipment.
Hi Plus Creations will bear the cost of returns, repairs or replacements, if the damage is found to be due to mishandling in transit. These returns will not be accepted if there are visible marks and/or identification of use of the product.
Hi Plus Creations will issue a Cheque/NEFT transfer on buyer’s name for the refund amount. We will process the refund within 7 working days.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship your orders the same day or the next day depending on the time that you placed the order and the time you take to give the confirmation on the artwork of the product. Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days and if there are any delays, we will keep you informed.
Delivery times for all products are clearly mentioned on the website, and will also be communicated in order confirmation emails sent to you.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with product to product.
On Trophies, Awards & Medals we deliver products with Free Shippingwithin India but not for Dealers, Channel Partners & Corporate Accounts.
This free shipping is only applicable when the products are shipped via the standard mode of the shipment. In case of any express shipping, extra charges are applicable.
For Corporate Gifts, shipping charges are applicable which will be shown during the check out or in your cart.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- Product's availability with us
- The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of our warehouse where the products are stored.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each product?
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for different product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the products stocked in, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
Does Hiplusindia.com deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver products globally.
For delivery outside India, the shipping charges are applicable. Once you place the order, the customer agent will check the volumetric weight and will give you the quotation on the same. We have corporate prices from premium logistic partners like Fedex& TNT.
The shipping charges will be calculated on volumetric or Actual weight whichever is higher.
Once, the payment is done for the same, the products will be shipped immediately.
You can cancel your order online (if you have placed the order on our website) or by contacting our customer agent before the product has been shipped.
Will I get the complete refund, if I cancel the order?
Your entire order amount will be refunded in case if the personalisation work is not done. In case, the personalisation work is done, then the amount will be deducted for the same.
Can I cancel the order after the products has been shipped?
No you cannot cancel the order once the goods will be shipped out of our premises.
For what kind of products, I cannot cancel the order?
You can cancel the order for all kind of products before the personalisation.Also you cannot cancel order which are specially make to order for you.
Alsoafter personalisation, the products in which engraving, etching or screen printing is done or for custom product order, the order cannot be cancelled.
